Shipping

- We are using GDEX as our preferred courier partner. 

- 2-3 Business Days to process. Orders on Friday - Sunday will be processed the next week.

- It takes around 7 working days to arrive, depending on the stock availability.

- We only ship within Malaysia.

- Payment through IPAY88 method requires a grace period of one week, before shipment of stock could be made. Delivery will post out at THIRD weeks after confirm the payment amount from our account departments.

- Please choose BANK TRANSFER if urgent to receive the parcel in one weeks.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns

- If the item received is defective, you have 7 days to return an item on the date you received. 

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

- For return, please email the photos of the defective item to us at inquiry@nbmotors.com, kindly state the order number on the email subject. We will assist as soon as possible. 

- Our refund & return policy doesn't include item that is wrongly ordered by the customer or self damage related matter. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received  your returned item. After inspection done and approved, we either replace it with a similar product or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment such as online banking). You will receive the credit within a certain amount days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs of returning the items to us (Redeemable once we received the item). Shipping cost will be refunded either with your return package or through your credit card (or original method of payment such as online banking).
